You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations.

You will develop customer relationships through attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events.

You will provide education of the company’s product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops including providing concepting vision and strategies for customers that differentiate our solutions.

You will maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system.

You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends.Responsibilities Develop new solutions sales business through prospecting and networking Provide technical expertise consulting on complex technical and business issues Implement sales plans for the assigned accounts Analyze and identify issues with key accounts’ distribution systems and works with Application Engineering and other team members to develop proposed solutions Lead the sales process as necessary to profitably meet or exceed sales goals Represent the Solutions Team at assigned sales activities such as industry trade shows, trade organizations, and customer training Travel up to 30%Requirements Bachelor Degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex solution sales to the distribution and fulfillment operations OR manufacturing markets Bilingualism in French and English Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field Excellent communication skills Ability to influence at varying levels across the organizationPlease send your resume via email to, reference job code JS19A1 in the subject line.
