We are looking for a results oriented, strategic problem solver with an interest in franchise marketing to recruit and support a national organization.

Working to support regional franchising managers, this role will provide full-cycle recruitment support and execution.

Key customers include Franchising Managers, Operators, Field Service to ensure the business needs of proactively attracting a qualified, diverse and robust franchisees are met.Principal Accountabilities: In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Marketing and Employer BrandingBuild, develop and deliver recruiting solutions to source, attract and hire the best talent to meet the company’s business needs and diversity practicesImprove innovative channels to source recruit quality candidates and build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship managementSupport the formulation and implementation of a franchising branding strategy that improves the corporation’s visibility and reputation to attract target candidates using social media, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidatesAttend industry events, trade shows & open houses (10% travelrequired)Recruitment ProcessManage and lead the full recruitment cycle for new franchisees, along with create engaging onboarding and training plansLead and streamline the end-to-end new franchisee recruiting programs and processes; identify and implement efficiencies to drive recruitment and selection of franchisees.Conduct in-depth recruiting interviews with candidates and demonstrate the ability assess talent for prospective franchisee candidatesGeneralLead and track the success of strategic recruiting initiatives through bi monthly reportsMeasure the efficiency of recruiting, diversity programs and vendors, to identify areas for continuous improvementBuild positive relationships with leaders and collaborate to understand their recruitment needs and develop localized recruitment strategiesPartner with business leaders as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, educating and mentoring them on the recruitment process, interview techniques and selection criteria, and managing the flow and quality and candidatesQualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Bilingual in French is requiredUniversity degree related to human resources and/or marketing3+ years of proven experience in a Human Resources with an emphasis in recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition strategy development.Previous franchising experience and/or new business development and sales would be an assetExperience with sourcing tools, Application Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment marketing/branding platformsStrong and proven relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate with many organizational levels and to deliver resultsHighly effective verbal and written communication skills, marketing and influencing skills, presentation skills, time management skills, and analytical abilitiesWillingness to travel as needed (10%)
