The HR Coordinator is vital to the success of the HR team and to the organization.

As an HR Coordinator, you will support the team in the administrative day-to-day HR operational activities to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

You will ensure that operations run smoothly, maximizing the added value of the HR team while supporting HR initiatives & programs.

We are looking for someone fun, creative, detailed-oriented with a high sense of priority.What You’ll Be Doing Provide administrative support to the HR team; manage employee files, maintain organizational charts, prepare various documents (promotion, transfer, disciplinary measures, etc.), document procedures and work methods, etc.

Ensure that all employment changes within the supported teams are well documented and communicate effectively with payroll Maintain and update employee digital filing system Support all onboarding & offboarding logistics of employees Produce and analyze numerous reports containing sensitive and confidential data.

Ensure all HR-related documentation as well as training material is up-to-date and available on the Intranet Monitor and facilitate the timely completion of probationary reviews Work closely with the Learning and Development Coordinator to support our training program (communications, invitations, follow-up, mailbox management) Support the learning and development team reviewing training content (review and adapt the layout of training material, update training documents) Support the learning and development team reviewing training content (review and adapt the layout of training material, update training documents) Participate in any other special projects piloted by the HR Business Partners and the Learning and Development Team What You’ll Need To Be Successful Two (2) years minimum of proven experience in the HR field BSc or BA in Human Resources or Business administration or relevant field Understanding of general human resources functions Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS office & related HR software Experience with Ceridian Dayforce an asset Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines Ability to prioritize and work autonomously High energy, positive perspective and always looking to improve Very organized and a meticulous attention to detail Fluently bilingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employeesIn this role you may be exposed to adult content
