Adecco is looking for a Recruiter
– Bilingual for our new Client global leader in business process management.

This position is from Monday to Friday.

This Client is offering a competitive salary and bonus along with a generous benefits and vacation package.

The Recruiter
– Bilingual will have the following responsibilities: An excellent communicator and planner
– on the phone, by email, etc.

you will be our organizational guru for all thing’s campus recruitment (campus events, travel plans, scheduling, etc.) Sourcing candidates and mapping talent for our experienced hire initiatives Planning and coordination of all collateral and merchandise required for campus events including booth set up, giveaways, banners, PIP marketing collateral etc.

Scheduling and co-ordination of Recruiters, Hiring Managers and candidates’ schedules when arranging interviews, campus events and travel itineraries.

Making adjustments where necessary with an eye to continuous improvement.

Ensure all participants are fully informed of all changes.

Sourcing best rates for hotels, flights, catering, restaurants and car services.

Putting together the resume and interview packages for each campus event and other blitz hiring initiatives Recruitment support including candidate communication and screening, job postings and recruiting database updates Opportunity to be trained on full cycle recruitment and cool sourcing techniques

– Bilingual must meet the following qualifications: Must be fluently bilingual in French and English Minimum 1-year experience with Canada wide recruiting within fast environment Must have experience recruiting for CSR agents in high volume Ideally a blend of agency experience and at least one in-house role Extensive experience of a professional or financial services environment Experience and credibility in identifying / targeting / headhunting and managing high caliber candidates Experience running campus campaigns would be an asset The ideal candidate will also have experience of running both diversity recruitment campaigns and campus recruitment campaigns.
