Revenue Operations Specialist

What to expect when joining the team

The Marketing and Growth team is looking for a a driven, analytical Revenue Operations Specialist. Working closely alongside the RevOps Manager, you will be responsable for the operationalization of Petal’s revenue strategy by analyzing, restructuring and administrating our CRM to meet and adapt to business needs. In this new and critical position, you will champion data integrity, increase operational efficiency and reduce friction between departments. Your daily life

Based out of Montreal or Quebec City with a possibility of remote working, here are some of the high impact opportunities you will tackle :

  • Operate our Hubspot CRM : configure, deploy and maintain the CRM and its sandbox;
  • Work closely with our CRM consultants and other internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to implement best practices, new features and issue-solving solutions;
  • Build, test, validate and execute data exchanges with the other applications in our technological ecosystem;
  • Attend process-mapping sessions with stakeholders, to create/update/remove CRM objects, automate workflows and reports to build and prioritize revenue plays;
  • Ruthlessly evaluate, define, redefine and manage the key performance indicators (KPI’s) for stakeholder delivery;
  • Contribute to strategy and implement major initiatives to accelerate growth;
  • Help drive organizational change management- engage with stakeholders and own the delivery on key projects to move the organization forward;
  • Overcome obstacles and achieve ambitious goals surrounded by people you like.

Your profile

Are you a data fluent and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist with strong project management and communication skills? Are you recognized for your ability to demonstrate ownership and prioritize effectively to deliver on business objectives and high-growth targets? Do you stand out for your strong interpersonal and active listening skills? Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and continue to hone your craft? The sky is the limit! If you have :

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Success operations;
  • A strong history of CRM management, in-depth knowledge of CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), data structures (relational databases, SQL, APIs, etc.), reporting and use;
  • Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements, defining and executing implementations plans;
  • A sound technical background and programming skills (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Microsoft Excel, etc);
  • Knowledge in Business Process Mapping (an asset);
  • A problem-solving and constructive mindset;
  • The demonstrated capability to adapt and pivot with change, shifting gears comfortably;
  • Full English-French proficiency.
