Virtuos: Human Resources Coordinator

The ideal candidate should have experience with HR/admin practices, be a self-starter, comfortable working autonomously, and enjoy the comradery that comes with playing within a team.She/he would truly appreciate how important culture is to an organization and bring this enthusiasm to her/his HR supporting efforts and the team through new ideas.

Summary:Provide operational and system administration support for various HR programs and processes, ranging from sourcing candidates, full-cycle recruitment, data management, employee support, and outreach.

Responsibilities:Work closely with HR and Operations leaders to support routine business functionsSupport day-to-day operations as well as administration of ongoing human resources policies, procedures, and programsManage full-cycle recruitment from job postings/advertising, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening, and scheduling interviewsPartner directly with HR Manager and Hiring Managers to coordinate interviewsPrioritize, organize, and manage multiple schedules and projects efficientlyBuild relationships with key universities and educational institutions and represent Virtuos during the North America region recruitment eventsFacilitate candidate experience by being a brand ambassador for our company culture, and open positionsRespond to colleague’s internal requests and work through critical deadlines.Support NA HR Manager with day-to-day employees’ career development and performance managementManage office and ensure a high-quality environment is provided for our team membersOther ad hoc duties as assigned by the managerWe want someone who is:Motivated,, positive and able to drive changeProactive, and contributive; takes initiative and follows-through reliablyAccustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple tight deadlinesExtremely organized, detail-oriented, problem-solver, and a speedy learnerArticulate, expressive, and great communicator Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology, business, or related fieldRelevant 1-2 years of HR experienceWorking knowledge of multiple human resource elements including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment lawsKnowledge of and enthusiasm for video game industry a big plus!Excellent communication skills in English and French is a plus
