Do you have a varied work experience and are familiar with Drupal as well as with the agile Scrum or SAFe?

Have you already worked with languages and technologies such as Drupal, Symfony, JavaScript, PHPUnit, microservices, REST API and/or GraphQL?

Then this position is for you Contribute to the definition of the vision and roadmap for the products, architectures and solutions marketed and used; Understand customer needs and participate in the gathering of technical requirements; Write well-designed, well-tested, readable and maintainable custom modules, hooks and themes by promoting Clean Code, SOLID and TDD/BDD principles; Explain the different trade-offs adopted during decision-making; Work with architecture consultants to optimize application designs and improve the stability, performance, availability and security of applications and services; Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge dissemination within your team; Program, execute and maintain unit, functional, integration and load tests, and actively participate in their automation; Work with designers and product developers to create compelling user experiences for the web projects you work on; Remain in continuous communication with your development team colleagues and challenge them; Proactively participate in the resolution of ongoing incidents; Maintain documentation and practices that can help reduce repetitive decision-making; Manage priorities effectively and segment your time.

When it just clicks Does this sound like you?

Good knowledge of best practices associated with your practice; Two (2) or more years of experience in Drupal 8 development; Experience: creating and upgrading modules, themes and custom hooks with Drupal; with API architecture, development and deployment (RESTful/GraphQL); building responsive sites and applications; with CI/CD pipeline architectures, Git and semantic versioning; with debugging, profiling and performance optimization; in development within an Agile team; writing unit tests.

Good understanding of: Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket); Drupal APIs: Entity, Field, Form, Database, Block as well as services and dependency injections.

Knowledge of: Agile methodology; load balancing and caching systems (Varnish, Memcache, CDN); JavaScript and jQuery; SQL or NoSQL databases and the concepts inherent to these systems; web servers (Apache/Nginx) and their configurations; Twelve-Factor App principles or other security concepts; authentication techniques such as SSO or oAuth; Cloud platforms and similar technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker, Kubernetes and SQL and NoSQL databases, an asset.

Knowledge or experience with API-First CMS technology (Contentful or similar), an asset; Good interpersonal skills; Ability to: demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail; work as a team; speak confidently about cross-platform integration with Drupal; act as a contributor to the community in the form of contributing code to Drupal modules or core, an asset.

Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken; Communication with teams in French.
