Bilingual Client Care Representative – Special Contracts

Our Special Contracts agents are dedicated responders to our high-profile and/or complex clients requiring unique call handling. Requests received over the phone, email and chat will be assessed and processed within organizational contract requirements. This role is being made formal and new qualifications are being added to be eligible for this team, driven by a customer request following a successful RFP

What are we looking for?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or in other disciplines related to counselling, including but not limited to Addictions Counselling, Couple and family therapy, Pastoral Psychology and Counselling derived from a recognized Canadian University or recognized equivalent
  • Fully proficient in French and English is a requirement
  • The flexibility to work shifts which may include days, evenings, weekends as per business needs
  • Minimum 3 years of intake and assessment experience within an EAP program, crisis support or any related environment


What will you be expected to do?

  • Responsible for answering calls routed to the special contracts team, which involve an extraordinary level of understanding of the customer and EAP program details
  • Special handling of client requests as dictated by contractual obligations
  • Consulting with members of other Care Access Centre teams regarding client needs
  • Working with direct leader on special projects and assignments
  • Managing and responding to emails from various internal and external clients
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Other administrative tasks as required
