Bilingual Customer Service Representative (100% Remote)

As a Customer Service Representative, your role will consist of providing professional, superior quality service to our members, in English and French, while working in a young and dynamic work environment-this is the opportunity LifeWorks is offering you! You will be required to work with our clients’ representatives, internal consultants and administrators, as well as with representatives of financial institutions and insurance companies. All this in a reputable and growing company!

Responsibilities :

  • Answering calls from clients and their employees and do outbound calls (follow-ups)
  • Doing required research to be able to answer questions that concern their pension plan and group insurance
  • Processing information received from the client using internal databases and information systems

Succeeding as a Pension & Benefits Representative will require the following core qualifications and skills:

  • Bilingualism (French and English) and very good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in a call center
  • Shifts are between 8 AM- 8PM EST Monday-Friday (37.5 hours a week)
  • No weekend or Holidays
  • Minimum Internet Speed required: 25 MBPS Up/ 5 MBPS Down
  • Ethernet Connection for the laptop – NO WIFI connections
  • College diploma in a related field would be an asset 
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal or communication
  • Ability to work with multiple screens and tech-savvy enough to multi-task
  • Experience in managing group benefits would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential and ability to work with Web sites would be an asset
