Implantation Advisor – Bilingual

This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted January 6, 2022.

The ACCEO SOLUTIONS – ICC division, a business unit of Harris Computer, is a major player in ERP software for the retail, distribution and construction industries.

We are looking for an implementation consultant to complete our dynamic and competent team! The integration with the ERP system allows real time visibility on costs, revenues, inventory and profitability.

The implementation consultant will work with our retail and distribution clients to help them implement and adapt our solution to their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and document the processes in place at our clients;
  • Advise our customers on the processes to be implemented to optimize their performance and optimize the use of our ERP;
  • Identify practical solutions and present these solutions to the client
  • Manage the implementation of our ERP solution at our clients’ sites;
  • Parameterize the solution according to our clients’ needs;
  • Training our clients on the software
  • In collaboration with the development team, sales and marketing team and management, identify improvements to our ERP solution and provide your input to the product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with customers and communicate with different stakeholders at your customers
  • Have experience in ERP software implementation;
  • Experience in dashboard production;
  • Motivated by the field of digital transformation and the impact of this transformation for your clients
  • Be curious and willing to understand your clients’ business and their business strategies
  • Have a certain ease with computer tools
  • Have some knowledge of the hardware and material centers sector and or distribution (an asset)
  • Experience in accounting (an asset);
  • Computer skills (an asset);
  • Fluency in French and English (an asset), both written and spoken
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
