Diriger la planification de l’engagement des services d’engagement Premium en fonction de la situation/des exigences des clients, des solutions, créer une proposition de valeur, sécuriser l’alignement des clients, les contrats, y compris travailler avec les équipes de compte, les experts en solutions ou du secteur, les partenaires, les cadres et les équipes d’assistance à la livraison
Diriger la qualité de l’engagement et l’exécution des services d’engagement Premium, y compris la gouvernance, la gestion des principaux problèmes/escalades, les rapports et présentations de la direction, la dotation en personnel, l’approvisionnement, la gestion des contrats et la prestation de services
Diriger des services ou des ressources d’ingénierie pour des projets de bout en bout ou des activités par phases ciblées, y compris la conception, l’optimisation, l’évaluation, l’intégration technique, la validation, les opérations, les escalades, la formation et les ateliers
Ce que tu apportes
Solide expertise en architecture de solutions commerciales et techniques SAP.
8 à 10 ans d’expérience pratique avec les solutions d’entreprise, les solutions sectorielles, les solutions de plate-forme, les solutions SaaS, les technologies tierces ou les technologies partenaires de SAP.
Expérience avec SAP HANA, S/4 HANA ou SAP Business Technology Platform préférée.
Gestion de projet SAP, gestion de la valeur et pratiques de gestion de la qualité
Expérience dans la direction de projets de conception, de mise en œuvre et de gestion du changement
Avant-vente, solutions, approvisionnement, cycles de vie des contrats, renouvellements de contrats et expérience de fidélisation des clients
Expérience de travail avec des cadres supérieurs, des hauts dirigeants, des influenceurs et des conseillers de confiance
Solides compétences en facilitation, négociation et désescalade
Baccalauréat ou maîtrise STEM : sciences, technologie, ingénierie, mathématiques ou expérience équivalente dans le domaine de la technologie
