Your Job #IntactCareersThe Manager, Networking leads a team of engineers to ensure that the companys nationwide network infrastructure and service is accessible, reliable, flexible, and secure.

He/she is responsible for leading the teams focus on customer service, operational excellence, technical innovation, and security.The Manager, Networking reports to the Director North America, Security & Network Operations and manages a technical team of SMEs, consultants, and engineers spread across several sites and time zones.Hiring Manager: David CottWorkplace: Anjou (7101 Jean-Talon St.

East) and/or Saint-Hyacinthe (2450 Girouard West)Primary Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage technical operations, including system operations, monitoring, availability and capacity management, service requests and incident management, and service-level management for all services Provide strategic input into the future design and scope of our Voice and Data network and telecommunication infrastructure Ensure the design and implementation of Voice and Data network equipment meet and support the organizations Technology, Data Security, and Disaster Recovery objectives Responsible for the effective management of vendors to ensure contracted services and service levels are appropriately maintained Develop productive and engaged teams by fostering the development of personal and technical skills, as well as collaboration Your Skills General to advanced knowledge in the following areas: Computer networks, operational security platforms, information security principles, SOC, IAM, MFA, SIEM, ITSM, DLP, IPS, application development, technical writing, informational risks and international environment.

Bachelor of Computer science, management information systems or closely related field of study.

Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in information technology General Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and multi-source internet access.

Experience with data center technologies, Cisco Nexus, UCS, core routing, and switching.

Strong knowledge of telecom services, technologies and products Knowledge of Cisco CCIE, Cisco CCNP considered a strong asset Experience in managing a team of professionals Strong leadership capacity to facilitate collaboration, coach and engage Strong partner with all areas both inside and outside the company to deliver secure solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills Ability to make sound decisions using a high number of variables Ability to compose and present material to communicate difficult concepts and gain consensus Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple goals Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail Able to prioritize and execute tasks from multiple assignments in a high-pressure environment Ability to manage stress effectively Ability to challenge status quo.
