Technical Expert


This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted November 17, 2020.

As a Technical Support Expert, you will guarantee the satisfaction of customers who subscribe to our Private Cloud products and/or Business & Enterprise offers and services.

You will draw on your customer-facing skills and technical acumen to help and guide customers with their cloud infrastructure.

You will need to quickly understand and handle their requests, do thorough search and identify or guide them through incidents they may encounter.

You will need to support and do follow-up with our privileged customers based on their needs.

We are looking for people with experience in Cloud products, system and network architectures.

You are curious about this universe and you have a desire to keep learning more.

You will act as a privileged contact and benefit our business and enterprise customers with your expertise and guide them with the best practices of our solutions.

Your main missions :
– Assist and respond to requests from multichannel customers
– Offer solutions from OVH technological solutions
– Develop a diagnosis and use logical thinking to find the dysfunction
– Advocate the optimization of architectures and ensure a technological watch
– Participate in the development of customer knowledge (workshops, documentation, training)
– Implement the defined quality policy within the company The requirements :
– Very good knowledge of the CLOUD universe products
– Systems Administration Skills (Linux, VMware ESXi, MS Server)
– Experience customer relationship is essential
– Excellent communication in English and French (spoken and written) Your experience :
– Significant experience of 2 years minimum on cloud products and experience in customer relations
– Technical diploma in network or computer support (Specialized School or DEP / DEC)
– Spanish an asset Required qualities :
