Director of Sales and Marketing Manos SoftwareOur portfolio is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to build and implement sales, account management and marketing processes across our growing portfolio of companies.As part of a group of companies, this position works within an international team and is responsible for helping drive build high performing teams across multiple different products and geographies.Key Responsibilities Establish marketing and lead generation strategies or work with partners to implement and optimize these strategies.

Build and implement sales and account management processes and workflows.

Establish and optimize KPI and compensation structures to drive sales behavior.

Build high performing sales and account management teams.

Identify and build new sales channels (direct to customer, reseller, etc.) Help initiate sales and marketing campaigns, contribute to go to market strategy and introduce other innovative ways to increase growth.

Help implement and dive adoption of sales tools (Salesforce).
