Dock Foreman – Night

Groupe Morneau

This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted January 10, 2022.


Being a dock foreman at Groupe Morneau means being a growth agent and take part in a large logistic chain allowing the movement of various merchandises.

In the team of Jean-Christophe, dock Supervisor at Morneau Eskimo, you will work Monday to Thursday from 10:00 pm to 8:30 am and your workday will look like this:

  • Manage the distribution of routes and ensure that trailers are properly loaded (complete and safe)
  • Coordinate the unloading of trucks from incoming carriers
  • Communicate all issues with the dock supervisor
  • Liaise with the evening foreman and day shift supervisor
  • Proactively participate in team meetings.

  • Completed D.E.S. or equivalent
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Experience in personnel management (essential)
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal

  • Ability to enforce OHS standards
  • Experience in loading/unloading trailers and transportation (an asset).
