IT support technician

We are currently looking for a computer Technician for one of our clients located in the East of the Island in Anjou.

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un technicien informatique pour un de nos clients situé dans l’est de l’île à Anjou.

– Process requests for help and provide user support;
– Diagnose technical problems as well as find solutions and implement them;
– Install, configure and update computer hardware and software;
– Ensure the maintenance, administration and security of systems and applications;
– Documenting incidents, writing procedures and user guides intended for
users;
– Manage the inventory and renewal of computer equipment and software;
– Perform other related duties.

– Hold an AEC or a DEC in computer science;
– Have 2 to 3 years in a similar position;
– Good knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10-8-7, Active directory, Windows Server);
– Knowledge of the Office suite;
– Good knowledge of computer equipment;
– Basic knowledge of networks (switches, router, firewalls, antennas, etc.);
– Basic knowledge of virtualization with VMware and Hyper-V (asset);
– Sense of organization, priorities and customer oriented;
– Fluency in spoken and written English;
– Possess a car and a valid driver’s license. Occasional travel is to be expected between our factories.
