We are looking for a media advertising passionate individual that likes challenges!Job DescriptionCreate, coordinate, and manage digital SEM and SMM strategies.Optimize campaigns to maximize their performance with A/B testing.Analyze the performance of campaigns and write analysis and recommendations related to campaigns to improve ROI and ROAS.Monitor, measure and track research metrics and analyze trends; Collaborate on various digital projectsCreate and optimize landing pages to increase our campaign performancesRequirementsA bachelor’s degree in marketing concentration, e-commerce or equivalent; A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required in digital marketing and e-commerceMastering the implementation of SEM campaigns (AdWords, Facebook and Instagram, Bing, LinkedIn); Bilingual French and English, both oral and written; Writing skills (an asset); Knowledge of best practices in SMM, SEM and SEO; Experience in food & beverage and e-commerce(asset); Attention to detail, organizational skills and priorities; Ability to workunder pressure in a constantly changing environment; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to quickly find solutions to problems; Creative spirit, sustained interest in the online marketing industry and in copywriting (an asset); Knowledge ofthe following tools: Google AnalyticsGoogle Tag ManagerDigital media reporting toolsLanding page platform (an asset)HotJar (an asset)SquareSpace and Shopify (an asset)Why work with usBecause you’re gonna have a lot of fun, learn a lot and be in a startup environment led by a young entrepreneur.
