We are looking for a Sales Marketing Coordinator to assist in all areas of marketing (Internal & External) lead generation and marketing support.

Help create and execute our online marketing and media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics thatgrow our virtual presence, engage and help convert followers into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company.

You should have command of best practices and trends in marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.Position OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the internal and external Digital Marketing needs of Garibaldi Glass.

Reporting to the Sales Leader, will be creating sales and marketing materials, developing marketing strategies, objectives and targets as well as analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and advertisements.Marketing Coordinator also works with internal stakeholders to develop and create internal marketing initiatives, guides, communications, and brand awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & MarketingDevelop, design, and execute Digital Strategy including developing content for various technology platforms, and identifying and growing target audience.Assist with developing a marketing strategy to achieve sales and business development objectives.

Develops marketing campaigns to assist in Business Development and corporate culture.Professional copywritingBlog & Brand managementConducting competitive analysis of the marketplaceResearching and incorporating industry sales and marketing trendsBrand photography and videographySEO & Google AdWordsWebsite AnalyticsMaintain statistics and report on progress of sales and marketing activities.Graphic DesignCreate and/or update all external marketing materials using branding guidelines, materials include business cards, mailers, postcards, brochures, advertisements (print/digital), swag, packaging, presentations, etc.

Create and/or update all internal marketing using branding guidelines, materials include internal news articles, posters, banners, signage, etc.Develop both internal and external brand awareness through establishing a consistent brand across our external and internal marketing materials.Organize events, tradeshows, collateral, and booth designCreate website and social media graphicsCreate and assist with presentations and webinars Prepare customer (architects, contractors, and designers) drawings into vector artwork with the specifications of the Frit machine’s capabilities, screen, and customer requirements.Prepare artwork for customer approval.Qualifications (Education, Experience, Training)1 Year of working experience in Digital Marketing and or Graphic DesignDegree/Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related fieldRecent Portfolio with proven experience.

Glass, manufacturing, architectural, building products, and/or construction industry experience is considered an asset.2 years of experience working with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, Social Media ApplicationsWorking knowledge: Adobe Premiere or other video software.

HTML/CSS, Trello, Asana, SmartSheet experience is considered an asset.1 year of experience setting up complex CMYK Spot Colour(s) artwork.Required Knowledge, Skill and AbilitiesExcellent written and verbal communications skills.

Self-proclaimed words-smith who is a stickler for good grammar and spelling.Self-starter with strong initiative and creativity.Strong knowledge and experience developing on-line content and the use of social media tools within a corporate environment.Strong business instinct in understanding consumer reaction and business context.Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)Strong documentation, multitasking, and organizational skills.Running multiple projects at any given time.Collaborative and able to work across a variety of teams and departments seamlessly.Able and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic team environment.CRM experience is considered an asset.Knowledge of utilizing Search Engine Optimization tools is considered an asset.Critical Success FactorsMarketing plan effectively and successfully supports sales plan.Marketing initiatives are targeted, measurable and include competitive analysis.Communication materials reflect Garibaldi’s reputation, capabilities, and competitive advantage.Ensure Garibaldi has a clear and strong Brand in all, internal and external, communications.Working ConditionsThis position works primarily in an office environment with occasional time spent within a manufacturing environment and will be required to visit customer sites as needed.
