Job SummaryReporting to the Director, Brand Communication, the Marketing Specialist assists in the development, implementation, and management of B2B digital marketing campaigns across of range of communication channels including social media, email, and web.

They work with the Director to boost the HGA Group’s visibility and brand awareness across a range of platforms both on and off-line.

The role includes defining and delivering the B2B digital marketing strategy for the HGA Group; our individual divisions, and our internal team.

The Specialist is responsible for driving client acquisition and brand awareness by creating successful email, social media, and possibly paid advertising campaigns.

This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring multiple social media strategies in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase our client base.

In this role, the Specialist will ensure that we provide:Purposeful and strategic marketing strategies and planning.Proper and innovative execution of work in all areas on schedule.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility of corporate brands, services and products of HGA and other clients.Create and manage email campaigns from concept through to delivery and analysis.Manage LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram campaigns in order to drive the growth of our clients and HGA’s, brand and client acquisition.Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI.Plan and create content marketing plans (whitepapers, webinars, emails, blog posts, etc.) and work with stakeholders to execute them.Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.Assist the Marketing team in organizing and executing internal events including but not limited to: Holiday Party, Tax Party, Internal Celebrations, etc.Propose any other promotional activities and changes to our strategy to help build awareness.Other duties as required.Education & SkillsUndergraduate degree Marketing, Communications, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position involving defining, managing, and executing B2B digital marketing strategies in a B2B company.

Professional Services industry experience is preferred.Design ability and experience is considered an asset.Excellent communication, including verbal, written and presentation.Proven ability to work with designers to create marketing material.Proven ability to be client focused while always looking for ways to innovate and provide exceptional service.

Ability to problem-solve and work on multiple priorities at once, switching tasks as needed.

Proven ability to take initiative with a constant desire to improve.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.Ability to work in collaboration with all members in the office, as well as independently.Proven experience in managing multiple digital marketing campaigns with the ability to analyze and make recommendations on performance.Proven track record of creating awareness and leads with business prospects.Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite) and applications (Web analytics, Canva, etc.)Hands-on experience with content marketing (whitepapers, webinars, emailing, blogging, etc.)Energetic personality and a positive influence within a team
