We have a 98% retention rate.Opportunity StatementYou will contribute to the execution of programs, campaigns, and events for Ivalua’s existing customers, ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company’s goals, working closely with Customer Marketing, Customer Success, as well as the Global Marketing and Sales Teams.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Team, as well as regional Customer Success Managers, the Bid Desk and the Sales Team on the Reference requests management program for prospects/customers Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Team as well as regional Customer Success Managers on organizing and running virtual and in-person customer events Execute Adoption & Upsell campaigns targeting existing customers Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Team, Design and the Product Marketing Team in contributing to the creation of Case Study, PR and Customer Success Story content from drafting to publication Track customer engagement in the Market Leadership Program Skills You Need To Succeed Native English language skills a must Extensive experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns from inception to completion.

Excellent writing skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently have to write copy for customer marketing promotions Good understanding of marketing automation capabilities Ability to build strong relationships with the Marketing Team (Global and Local), as well as the Customer Success Management organization and Customer Contacts.

Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.

Strong ability to work against organizational deadlines and KPIs.

Desirable Skills Hubspot (or equivalent B2B marketing automation tool, e.G.

Eloqua, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Pardot) experience a plus Spanish, Portuguese and/or French languages competence a plus Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Spend management, sourcing, contract management, eProcurement, eInvoicing, Spend Analytics, Direct Procurement MRP/ERP, Services procurement, Supplier Master Data management domains Good understanding of Procurement market challenges (multiple countries, business cultures and languages to target/work with).
