Marketing Coordinator

RP Group, a headhunting firm that is very well established in Quebec, is currently looking for a marketing coordinator to help continue the development of new territories. Permanent position, full time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Active participation in the creation of the Annual Marketing Strategic Plan;
• Participation in the definition, selection and monitoring of marketing performance indicators (digital and non-digital);
• Through marketing initiatives, contribute to the success of the organization by maximizing its reach of potential candidates as well as our current and future clients;
• Represent Group RP and its interests when dealing with its various tools and marketing service suppliers;
• Manage the organization’s ‘Digital Community’ and ‘Content Creation’;
• Represent Groupe RP in the negotiations of sponsorship plans and ensure compliance with its agreements;
• Monitor the return on investment of the various sponsorships granted;
• Ensure continuous improvement of the website and SEO performance with the support of different suppliers;
• Lead and/or collaborate on projects for purchasing new tools and promotional items (banners, corporate gifts, etc.);
• Collaborate in managing corporate events (internal and external).

• University degree in Marketing;
• Two-year experience in Digital Marketing;
• Excellent in written English and a more than functional French;
• First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is driven, requires little supervision and is results-oriented.
