POSITION SUMMARYThe Intermediate Copywriter will be responsible for writing internal and external communications.

They will work within the marketing team on social media, blogs, sales collateral, press releases, promotional emails, and other marketing initiatives, as well as review and craft external messaging for other departments including Operations and Sales.

This role will suit an organized, intermediate writer looking to further develop their skills within a high pace, results oriented environment.This is a full time, permanent role, and will report to the Marketing Manager.CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWrite engaging marketing copy for a variety of business lines and markets.Support and provide copy on all marketing initiatives, including sales collateral, promotional material, PowerPoints, press releases, websites, social media, blogs, and events and conferences.Actively participate in the creative process and provide suggestions and ideas that align with the marketing and communications strategy.Craft and apply a consistent TNG voice and brand identity to develop coherent and succinct written assets.Edit and craft external corporate communications to our vendors and clients, working closely with various department leaders.Fact check copy with department leads and become a product knowledge expert.Work alongside another copywriter to review and edit each other’s content.Work with a graphic designer to implement copy into design.Other duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLSBachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field.4-6 years of copywriting experience.Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow and grammar.Hands on experience in content research, strategy and content writing.Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice.Experience writing social media posts for a B2B and B2C audience.Creative storyteller able bring out an authentic company voice across various communications vehicles.Ability to quickly learn new technologies and a passion for technology.Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.A great attitude and willingness to jump into any project.Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence preferred.Experience writing for software and/or Real Estate preferred.
