YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS Be proactively involved in and guide the development of projects to introduce new equipment (design, quality, ease of maintenance, accessibility, use of BRP standard parts) Conduct analysis to identify and recommend spare parts for equipment Develop equipment maintenance plans (preventive, predictive) Work with Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Operations to maintain the most at-risk equipment and develop action plans together to monitor them; provide relevant information on the investments made by Maintenance Support tradespeople with technical advice on concepts and on recognized, efficient work methods Work closely with team leads to support and assist them with equipment-related actions (upgrades, multiple component searches, information about current market practices for outdated component replacement, improvements, and changes to make to preventive procedures) Attend departmental meetings about upcoming work and analysis Contribute to various maintenance-related projects (major overhauls, equipment optimization, outdated equipment replacement) Ensure existing equipment is monitored in our CMMS throughout its service life all the way up to disposal Organize and prioritize actions based on existing performance indicators to optimize asset performance Negotiate, order and schedule planned predictive, preventive and corrective actions with the production/maintenance/subcontracting teams Receive and analyze predictive reports for equipment under monitoring Develop and/or recommend tools and methods to improve equipment reliability YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS D.E.C in Industrial Maintenance Technology Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Have a good knowledge of the operation of maintenance in the factory as well as in the building Knowledge of English, both oral and written (4/5) AN EXCEPTIONAL AREA >
