MAINTENANCE PLANNER The maintenance planner is responsible for managing the continuous maintenance cycle of the assets under his responsibility.

He ensures the planning of the maintenance work and deploys the work to be carried out to the teams responsible for the execution.

He also ensures the follow-up of the work so that it is carried out in an optimal way and in compliance with the applicable rules, standards, and policies as well as within the budgets allocated.

He ensures the quality of the maintenance carried out in order to make the assets more available, reliable, safe and efficient.

RESPONSIBILITIES Establish maintenance routine for all assets in our different terminals; Develop, implement, and oversee a preventive maintenance schedule for all assets, working closely with operation staffs; Identify the human labor, maintenance time, material and financial resources required to carry out maintenance work as part of maintaining the continuous maintenance cycle process; Manage reactive maintenance needs in keeping with operational requirements to minimize operational impacts; Coordinate the sharing of equipment and manage rental requirements across the region; Compile and consolidate CAPEX requirements; Participate in the implementation of procedures and processes; Record reportable incidents and non-conformances, led root cause investigations, and manage corrective actions; Maintain accurate and up to date maintenance records; Optimize spare parts and consumables availability; Leverage his expertise in various special projects and continuous improvement (development of new solutions, quotation, construction, asset upgrading, leasing of assets to clients, etc.) Support operational staff on technical issues related to asset utilization; Provide technical support to staff under his supervision.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in an appropriate field of competence; Minimum 3 years experience in material handling equipment maintenance management; Knowledge of Office suite; Knowledge of asset management software.
