We are a division of the North American Stamping Group with facilities in Tennessee, Ohio, Indiana and Mexico.We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team.The Quality Technician job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Provide support and assist EPC team by providing leadership and basic quality directionCoordinate the MRB review areaAssist EPC team by attending Production Meetings and scheduling workflowCMM Operation and part verification to support NASG’s quality system as necessaryAssist production with inspection, SPC, gauge useProvide initial support to production on routine quality questions or issuesPerform routine inspections, dimensional studies, as necessaryProvide support in the absence of the Quality Engineers or Document Control TechnicianServe as an Internal AuditorAssist with corrective / preventive actions, as necessaryAssist with New Product Development as necessaryCommunicate applicable DCR’s to change QMS documentationProvide support in data collection for Problem Solving TeamsAssist Tooling Management ProcessStop production when non-conforming product is found we are looking for, but are not limited to:Work a schedule that allows completion of the job on a daily basisUnderstanding of GD& T and gauge useUnderstanding of Control Plans, FMEA’s, Flow Diagrams and In-Process InspectionUnderstanding of Problem Solving and Root Cause AnalysisDetail oriented and able to work with minimal supervisionMicrocomputer (PC) and Microsoft Office knowledgeDemonstrate strong leadership abilitiesDemonstrate a ” Hands on” approach” Will possess the organizational skills necessary to maintain company records in compliance with the Quality Assurance department and proceduresAccommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.While we appreciate all applications received, only those candidates considered for an interview will be contacted.North American Stamping Group is a drug-free and smoke-free workplace.Other detailsPay Type Salary
