This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted September 9, 2020.

DescriptionThe selected candidate will manage third party installations and software, perform preventative maintenance, emergency repair, testing, commissioning and limited engineering.

He/she will also provide support to internal clients across a wide range of mechanical building systems from simple to moderately complex in nature.ResponsibilitiesPerforming troubleshooting, corrective and preventative maintenance tasks on commercial building systems (HVAC, Compressors, Vacuums, UPS, Lighting automation); Identifying and installing new equipment and retrofit opportunities; Maintaining AutoCAD plans; Oversee the installation and commissioning of projects; Programming of different devices using KMC and BACnet; Followingup with internal clients’ requests; On call to resolve emergencies.QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in HVAC or Automation, and understanding of BACnet and controls; Knowledgeof HVAC, Compressors, Vacuums, UPS, Lighting automation, Electrical and Plumbing systems; TechnicalCollege Diploma in a relevant technical discipline; Excellenttroubleshooting and problem solving skills for electronics, programming and systems operation; Knowledgeof the most recent Microsoft office; Workable knowledge in AutoCAD and Visio; Bilingual(written and spoken); Excellentcustomer relationship skills; Team oriented individual with demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and self directed.

AssetsDegree in Building Operations preferred; Knowledgeof server based systems on various operating systems; Formal programming training in control systems; Demonstrated ability to take initiative to learn new products and systems.
