In April 2020, we became part of Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES:Support the acquisition of goods and/or services for the assigned commodities and ensuring compliance to the General Procurement (non-flying products and services procurement) process for the A220 Program at Mirabel location.Supporting the commodity buyer in procuring and tendering activities from facility management/corporate services / customer support activities depending of the requirementsContribute portions of projects which will drive integration to the General Procurement team regionally and worldwide.Facilitate procurement transactions to fill business needs in compliance with the General Procurement procedures and guidelines.Help in developping appropriate sourcing strategies, evaluate and select prospective suppliers, and negotiate agreements that deliver best-in-class value to the organization.Support activities to ensure supplier Performance Management measuring on time delivery, quality and cost savings.As our ideal candidate,You have between 5 to 10 years of experience in Procurement.You have a minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in Business or Engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency in French and English spoken and written.You possess a certification in project management or supply chainYou have proven successful experience in teamwork in intercultural environmentYou are an effective negotiator with proven commercial and contractual background and legal awarenessYou have financial key indicators knowledgeYou have experience in delivering cost reduction initiativesYou have a sense of urgency and able to work under tight deadlines and pressureYou are able to work under minimal supervisionYou are able to drive improvement & innovation to deliver concrete resultsYou have In depths know-how of the Aero-structure market and supplier strategies of his/her perimeterYou have proven communication skills, especially with suppliers’ representatives and internal stakeholder.You can manage customer expectations and stakeholders
