– MAJOR COMPANY Here is a great opportunity for an assistant to work closely with the management team of a major company.

Our client, a leader in its field, is seeking to hire a bilingual assistant to support the CEO of the company.

Unique opportunity not to be missed YOUR ROLE As an assistant, you will collaborate with the CEO and the management team of the company where you will have to perform a wide variety of tasks.

Your responsibilities will include : Manage the coordination and organization of various personal trips, appointments, business trips, and take care of logistics and itinerary; Manage the coordination of special projects; Organize and coordinate various management meetings, manage the calendar and ensure that deadlines are met; Collaborate with the communications team in the development of corporate communications tools; Writes and reviews reports, documentation, correspondence and other documents; Ensures the complex management of the management team’s agenda, particularly that of the CEO, taking into account priorities; Manage the CEO’s various expenses and invoices; REQUIREMENTS DCS in administration, or any other relevant training; Minimum experience of approximately 5 years in a similar role; Very good bilingualism in French and English both spoken and in writing; Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite; Professionalism, dynamism, proactivity and autonomy; Organizational skills, ability to manage several files, sense of confidentiality and discretion.
