Bilingual Operations Officer III Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings.

They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Position Overview The National Call Center group supports Retail branches and partners, we operate with a strong focus on identifying deficient forms and resolving through further communications with our partners.

We support our customers and partners enquiries via telecommunications and written correspondence.

Our mission is to deliver on First Time Right, enabling end-to-end service perfection for both customers and partners leading to a Legendary experience for all branches nationally.

The successful candidate is a hardworking and highly motivated individual, who is delivering legendary customer service and looking for an opportunity to learn and develop leadership interpersonal skills.

1 year contract, part-time between 25-30hrs, 5 days/week, 5-6hrs/day (must be available 5 days a week minimum 5hrs/day).

• Effectively applying communication skills (written &verbal) in both French and English

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Advocate change by demonstrating flexibility and constructively support process improvement in the business/department as they occur What you will bring to this role:
• Requires fully fluent communication skills in French & English
• Display professional telephone etiquette when communicating with customers and apply CEM
• Work independently and collaboratively
• Analytical and ability to exercise good judgment when decision-making
• Be knowledgeable of branch processes
• Accurate, organized and can multi-task and thrive in a customer driven and time-sensitive department
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and applications
• Knowledge of Banking processes and/or retail is an asset
• Call centre and banking experience is an asset
