We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.In your role, you will:Technical Leadership* Influence Knowledge Domain (KD) mid and long-term vision.* Influence KD strategy, objectives, be a `key Subject Matter Expert (SME) participant for review with Fellows.* Identify skills gaps within KD.* Key SME participant in KD activities.* Support Knowledge Owner with KD events.* Influence, harmonize and prepare Bombardier Project Management policies.* Educates other specialists within the group and wider on technical decision making and influence* Provide recommendations for promotions from ES to SES.* Propose the implementation of project management innovations based on knowledge of industry trends* Recommend new cost-effective engineering solutions through Knowledge Domains and Programs* Support Program and Project Requirements and needs analysis development.* Lead and/or coordinate the A/C level or work package requirements and design solutions development through the various stages of requirements development and documentation.
