With over 10,000+ clients and the support of leading tech and real estate investors, we’re already well on our way — and we want your help to reach the next step of the journey.The RoleReporting to the Head of Client Success, the Client Success Coordinator will work with new and existing high-value clients to ensure they achieve success in their partnership with Breather throughout their full customer lifecycle.

S/he/they will collaborate with members to address their evolving office needs and strive to provide a fantastic experience, thereby increasing retention, reducing churn and driving future sales.In a day in the life of a Customer Success Coordinator at Breather, we might find you.Close out details of Month+ agreements after high-level needs have been addressed by sales.Get deals across the finish line, and within product constraints.Work closely with Launch, Operations, Product, etc.

to ensure Clients’ needs are met through their full lifecycle including post-sale, onboarding, and duration of occupancy, up to and including assisting on-the-ground teams with fulfillment of Month+ deals.Be the main point of contact and ultimate internal advocate for Clients, including project managing client requests and issues.Utilize proactive communication, relationship building and value-adding initiatives to drive increased engagement, satisfaction and retention, and drive increased usage across Breather’s products with both Month+ and high-value daily/hourly users.Have a complete understanding and oversight of a Client’s current and future objectives with the goal of heading off potential issues and proactively providing solutions.Conduct regular check-in calls and quarterly meetings with Month+ Clients for health checks, pipeline sharing, and growth conversations, and report internally on the status of accounts.Team up with fellow Client Success Coordinators and alongside Account Coordination team to identify and implement best practices, and be internal advocate for gaps that exist in current product.These are the tools you’ll need to succeed:3-5 years experience in customer success, investor/client relations and/or account management roleStrong generalist highly competent with the ability to wear many hats and to get things doneSkilled relationship manager who is passionate about delivering results for customersA confident and persuasive communicator, both written and verbalAbility to work cross-functionally to achieve results What We Value At Breather, our company values are not only the principles that link us together in the way we work, but they also keep us aligned on the same path, all working towards connected goals.
