POSITION OVERVIEW The Coordinator, Total Rewards & Wellness is responsible for supporting with the planning, implementation, coordination and data analysis for different Total Rewards programs and Wellness initiatives.

In this role, the incumbent works in collaboration and provides supports to the Advisors/Analyst, Senior Advisor/Senior Analyst and Leaders from the Total Rewards team to ensure the efficient delivery of programs as well as to the continuous evolution of the program offering to meet employee and business needs.

He/she also assists in extracting, organizing and managing various types of data in Workday.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET Participate in the planning and implementation of Wellness activities through the year.

Build the monthly scheduling plans, provide support in the coordination of national activities and advice in the planning of local events.

Provide supports in the administration of Pension Plans, Flexible Benefit program, ESIP and Relocation program, including validating the data transfer with service providers.

Coordinate the mandatory medical exam program for our Senior Leaders and the BDC Scholarship program.

Manage the Total Rewards electronic mailbox and ensure that all Total Rewards questions are transferred to adequate team members for answering purposes.

Participate in the development of communication and promotional material to develop a clear understanding of Total Rewards programs and improve awareness for leaders and employees, and increase visibility of BDC as a great place to work.

Ensure maintenance of up-to-date and accurate information related to programs provisions and rules in BDC Zone, providers website and Perform data entry activities and data collecting from Workday to support various HR analysis.

Ensure high standards of internal controls are respected in order to maintain the integrity of the data in BDC’s systems and participate in improving internal processes.

In collaboration with the Compensation team, maintain an up-to-date list of job legacy codes and maintain the job description catalog.

Provide support in the monitoring of the Total Rewards and HCMS annual budget and payment of invoices.

Build and maintain productive relationships with colleagues in the Human resources department and other BDC departments.
