With many products in development, a new 70,000 square-foot HQ to call home, and plans for even further retail expansion, we are excited to do even bigger things in 2020.Ranked one of Linkedln’s Top 25 Startup Companies of 2018.What are we looking for?Reporting into the Digital Director the Head of Digital Marketing would be responsible for leading DECIEM’s Digital Marketing team focused on search (SEM/SEO), paid social, display and email channels.What would you be doing?Lead end-to-end digital campaign execution to support DECIEM’s global direct to consumer and retail channels including: strategy, planning, forecasting, building, quality assurance, optimization and reportingLead and manage a team of 3-5 digital marketers focused on paid search (SEM), organic search (SEO), paid social, display and email channelsUnderstand and analyze digital marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CPM, brand lift, CTR, etc.), develop automated scorecards and report results to the leadership and other stakeholders, expanding visibility of digital marketing to the businessResponsible for efficient management of marketing budgets tied to both performance and awareness goalsDevelop and drive a testing and learning culture of continuous A/B testing and data analysis and refine marketing tactics based on learningsPartner with brand and ecommerce teams to define and execute scalable audience strategy and brand focused messaging across digital channelsInitiate and lead development of digital marketing localization and translationDevelop seamless multi-channel journeys to drive acquisition and retentionLead launch of Salesforce Audience Studio and manage the program post launch to ensure effective use of the platformEnsure best-in-class campaign UTM tracking, attribution modeling and tag management to enable accurate reporting of digital marketing tacticsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry news, best practices and changes in platforms, and identify how they impact existing programsPerform other duties as assignedWhat skills and qualifications do you need?Advanced working knowledge of search engine marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), search engine optimization (SEO),paid social ads (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube), display/programmatic, email (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Data Management Platforms (Salesforce Audience Studio, Adobe Audience Manager) and web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager)Proven ability to develop digital marketing campaigns that adhere to brand values and deliver performance or awareness resultsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on dataExperience working in eCommerce and/or loyalty and/or beauty industry is an assetKnowledge and experience maintaining compliant GDPR marketing and data privacy practicesOut of the box thinker that challenges best practices and industry normsPassion for continual personal growth and learningDemonstrated self-starter with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment working with some really crazy but fun people2 years of people management and/or leadership experience is requiredRelevant education OR equivalent work experience in digital media, digital marketing or similar is an assetDECIEM is an equal opportunity employer.
