Overview: Del Condominium Rentals, a division of the Tridel Group of Companies, is the largest and most highly recognized rental property management provider in the Greater Toronto Area.

We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

This dynamic individual understands, lives and breathes sales.

Someone who will determine how fast Del Condominium Rentals will grow and promote rental management services to Developers, Realtors, Property Management teams, and Investors.

· Network, develop and maintain an excellent line of communication for Rental Management Leads
· Acquire and qualify new prospects.

A minimum of 15 signed Rental Management agreements per month are required
· Understand strategic priorities, business needs, pain points and opportunities to sell the Rental Management Program
· Develop awareness and elevate the Del Rentals brand for the Del Rentals Management program in Toronto & GTA
· Build relationships with senior decision makers such as developers, real estate agents, brokers, sales offices, concierge, customer care, mortgage companies, property managers, banks and other key target markets
· Close investors with consultative sales approach (contracts, key collection, payment for restoration if required)
· Meet with investors to review suites and communities to ensure Del standardComplete required weekly reports on activities
· Respond and follow-up to organic inquiries from owners and leads, and ensure follow up is complete within the lead cycle
· Meet targets set out monthly, quarterly and annually
· Stay informed and be an expert in Property Management and Condo Rentals Market – must be able to provide updated reports on the conditions of the market as well as competitors rates
· Report sales activity and new account development progress by updating the CRM database on a regular basis maintaining and tracking the new accounts and opportunities pipelineThe ideal candidate should have/be:
· 2 years of experience working in a sales environment/accounts acquisition with success in achieving sales targets
· A successful track record of sourcing new business and accessing new markets
· Ability to leverage industry, business and personal contacts
· Entrepreneurial spirit is a definite asset
· Professional presentation skills to clearly communicate the benefits of our services
· Strong organizational skills
· Good understanding of Sales Cycle
· Excellent communication skills verbal and written
· Results oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment
· Proven track record of delivering excellent customer serviceWhat DelRentals offers:
