Job Description Job : 210844 If you are an EE Component Design and Release Engineer -Audio Components looking for a position with a leading company, Bartech can help EE Component Design and Release Engineer -Audio Components Long Term contract position with potential for extension.

Job Title
– Windsor, Ontario JOB DETAILS Description: The EE Component Design and Release Engineer -Audio Components is responsible for EE component design, development, packaging, testing, calibration, and releasing.

The EE Component Design and Release Engineer will interface with systems group to define vehicle level functional specifications.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Design and Development activities including Advanced Concepts/Packaging
• Participate in Product Assurance Planning (Program Management).

• Supporting of new product development activities like feasibility and packaging studies
• Support CAE Simulation activity for new product concepts including thermal, NVH/BSR, FEA, mold flows
• Manage the supplier of the components; and component DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis), DVRR (Design Validation and Reliability Report), and Timing Proactive Quality Plan.

• Participate in Reactive Quality Problem Solving and will be supporting Supplier Quality during Process Sign-off (PS) and PFMEA reviews (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis).

• Responsible for releasing components via Change Management System (CN’s) and will interface with EMEA, APAC and LATAM counterparts on global commonality.

Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Civil/ Aerospace/Computer) from an ABET accredited university 1 years of experience in engineering Self-motivated with excellent program management and communication skills.

Superior written and oral skills Strong leadership skills to help manage and lead supplier(s) Strong time management, planning, and follow up skills Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques such as Reactive, Lean Six Sigma, Red X, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.

Knowledge of component engineering, software development, and change requests Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and in G-suite tools Proof of Covid Vaccination will be required Remote with some travel to the US for meetings (only) Preferred Requirements: Familiarity in analog/digital audio or telematics hardware/software implementation Knowledge of vehicle serial data communications (CAN, LIN) General knowledge of dynamic loudspeaker transducer construction Experience with Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA) Experience with Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) When you join The Bartech Group you launch a career.
