Job Description RiseSmarts Transition service is an alternative to traditional Outplacement it is an effective and efficient transition management solution focused on what transitioning professionals need most: a new job.

The Elite Executive Career Coach is responsible for supporting via telephone, video and email RiseSmarts Clients through their career transition.

The Elite Executive Career Coach will also act as liaison to other RiseSmart service providers including resume writers, job search specialists and technical support.

In addition, the Elite Executive Career Coach is responsible for expertly coaching clients on their job search strategy and providing them services including mock interviews, interview preparation, video interviewing, offer evaluation and salary negotiation coaching, information on networking best practices, LinkedIn and other support as requested (entrepreneurship, board work, creative retirement, etc.).

Desired Skills: 15 + years experience coaching professionals through all aspects of career transitionDiverse professional background including corporate experience at the executive level (in addition to coaching background and certification)Bachelors Degree a must, Masters degree strongly desiredAdvanced coaching certifications strongly desiredCoaching Certification required (ICF Accredited)Ability to provide testimonials from successful coaching engagements strongly desiredExperience coaching C Suite executives on entrepreneurship and creative retirement strongly desiredStrong knowledge of executive recruiting practices highly desired Other Requirements: Ability to travel to meet clients for in-person intake sessionsExcellent communication (written and oral), listening, multi-tasking and organizational skills.Excellent rapport building skills a natural ability to make clients feel cared aboutStrong sense of empathy, positive outlook, ability to motivate othersDemonstrate a proficiency for managing administrative tasks crucial to being successful in the role, such as taking detailed notes and managing the coach dashboard.Maintain efficiency and performance standards while delivering high satisfaction.Availability to respond to client correspondence within 24 hoursPersonal Computer meeting specific requirements.High Speed internet access (Cable or DSL; no satellite or dial-up)Windows 8/10, Mac OS Yosemite or above, Chrome or Firefox latest browsersAbility to work part time hours, ideally between 5-15 +/ hours per week, five days a week.

If selected for this opportunity, you will participate in paid online training, for which you will be compensated on an hourly basis.

You will officially join the network on a part time basis and be eligible to take on outplacement projects for our clients once you have successfully completed the training.
