Reporting to the Finance Manager Parts Accessories and Apparel (PA&A), the Data Analyst will be a key resource for data analytics in the department.

This position will ensure the monitoring of key financial measures in the PA&A business and lead improvement projects to support other teams increase efficiencies and deliver business results.

Part of the Finance team, this position involves a certain level of financial analysis, month-end entries and a stakeholder management component including working with the various supply chain teams.

This position will support the implementation of a new self-serve data analytics model.

As such, this position will design, implement and sustain data analytics tools and platforms including dynamic reports and dashboards.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of the PAC Global Supply Chain Finance team, the financial analyst is responsible for working with the supply chain management team and business units to accurately plan, analyze and optimize all aspects of procurement, transportation, inventory management, distribution centres (direct and third-party logistics providers) and delivery performance.

More specifically, your daily responsibilities will include: Forecasting, reporting and analyzing global supply costs and inventory Supporting month-end processes regarding supply chain and inventory costs Maintaining financial controls (SOX) around inventory and supply chain costs Managing inventory optimisation, obsolescence, cycle counts and audits Providing analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals Develop and support advance analytics practice development within and outside Finance Developing, implementing and monitoring clear, concise and meaningful metrics for the supply chain Support the department’s leadership with ad-hoc requests to gather, analyze and visualize data You will also support projects such as: Study of the global distribution footprint and logistics optimization ERP upgrade and ongoing improvements Support other analysts in the team by providing data analytics expertise and insights to help deliver their projects YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS The ideal candidate for this position has a profile that combines a keen mind for data analytics, finance understanding, exposure to supply chain operations, and good team and communication skills.

4-7 years of relevant experience with data analytics and business intelligence related mandates (e.g.

developing reports and dashboards, generating insights from business data) An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Finance/Accounting or any related field A Master’s Degree is an asset Knowledge of business analysis techniques An exposure to procurement, logistics, supply chain operations is a strong asset Curious, ready to challenge the status quo and committed to continuous improvement, looking for benchmarks, best practices and networking opportunities with industry peers Knowledge of project management methodologies Strong verbal and written communication skills in both official languages The ability to develop and maintain relationships and collaborative networks The ability to influence diverse groups of people to achieve mutually beneficial solutions A pronounced sense of ownership and team work Ability to work unsupervised and manage independently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of databases structures and querying tools (e.g.

SQL, MySQL, OLAP, Data Warehouse) Exposure to data preparation and management software (e.g.

Informatica, Alteryx, Power Query or equivalent) Exposure to data visualisation software (e.g.

Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent) Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Proven ability to learn and use various information systems (e.g.

SAP, TM1, Ariba, etc.) Knowledge of programming languages, and any relevant data related software (e.g.

statistical modeling, simulation, machine learning) is considered an asset
