It’s a dynamic and exciting workplace where, through interactions with our international teams, you will have an opportunity to make a difference while also continuing to enhance your skills and expertise.YOUR MISSION:Reporting into the team Platform Solution Director, team that is responsible of the LeddarEngine product, the brain and heart of LiDARs, you will be responsible to plan, organise and do the follow-up of the System Verification team activities in accordance of the ISO-26262 requirements.

In this role you will also be required to work closely with the project manager and with the Technical Leaders of the other engineering disciplines (System, Hardware, FPGA, ASIC and software) to build the overall project schedule.Guide and supervise technical work (60%)Determine technologies, tools and methods used by the System Verification team responsible of the LeddarEngine product.

Supervise, train, inspire and mobilise his team membersEnsure that methods, procedures and design standards are followed In collaboration with System, Software and Hardware architects, establish the technical orientation of the test platform.

Review the work (Design, code, reports, etc…) produced by his team and supervise the conformity to the specifications.

Planning and follow-up of the System Verification team deliverables (20%)Work in a project multidisciplinary engineering matrix organisation composed of project management, system, hardware, FPGA, microelectronic, software and quality assurance Works jointly with other multidisciplinary external development teams by sharing with them the appropriate guidelines, support and documentationIn collaboration with the project manager and Technical Leaders of other disciplines, the Verification System Technical Leader is responsible for establishing milestones and activities of his team (WBS) and ensuring their alignment with the activities of other disciplines.Within the project team, responsible for identifying, proposing and mitigating risks related to the overall system verification activities Collaborate in the development of the organization (20%)Participate in meetings relevant to the functionCollaborate in the administrative procedures of the organizationMaintains knowledge up to dateThe ideal person to fill this position will have:University degree in computer engineering, software, electrical or other relevant fieldAt least ten years relevant experience in system quality assurance with a minimum of at least three years in managing a system quality assurance teamExcellent capacity for analysis and system understandingHas a good knowledge of electronic systems; Test devices such as: high speed waveform generator, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power source, etc …Characteristics of electrical signals such as: Jitter, signal propagation time, bandwidth, high speed signal synchronization.Experience with the Python programming languageKnowledge of PyTest and other Python libraries (NumPy, etc.)Experience in C programming on an embedded product would be an assetExperience with versioning systems (Git, Perforce, Gitlab)Experience using Application Life Management (ALM) tools (CodeBeamer, Polarion, HP Quality Center)Experience with continuous integration systems (Jenkins, Gitlab CI)Experience working in a standardized environment (automotive (ISO-26262), avionic, medical).Team player with leadership and ability to build relationships in a multitask and dynamic environmentFunctional French and English spoken and writtenTEMPTING RIGHT?
