Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize the work of lawyers based on deadlines.
  • Draft, transcribe, translate, and edit legal documents.
  • Manage correspondence, calendars, and travel arrangements for lawyers.
  • Follow up on ongoing cases and gather relevant information from clients, courts, and opposing parties.
  • Prepare billing documents, payments, time entry, and follow up on receivables.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Profile:

  • Diploma in secretarial studies, preferably in a legal field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Excellent fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and strong attention to detail.
  • Autonomy, initiative, and ability to follow instructions.
