You wow audiences with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.What You’ll Be Doing Design, develop and implement training programs that will let our people thrive Define and support the technical training stream Be responsible for the Talent Management program Deliver and facilitate training via live classroom, live events/conferences, onsite training, web/video conference and one-on-one training Provide follow-up coaching, ongoing support and refresher training as required Engage with all stakeholders to determine key deliverables for the development of communications and learning in order to ensure adoption For all training programs and interventions, develop reports to track interactivity and completion, and utilize criteria and metrics to evaluate efficacy Ensure all recurring learning programs are updated on a regular basis Establish and maintain familiarity with the latest instructional design and training techniques relevant to the organization’s goals and objectives Be our subject matter expert by constantly proposing and managing new ways to help us grow, including launching the e-learning portal you’ve always dreamed about Bond with 3rd party training vendors and internal teams to identify training needs Must HavesWhat you’ll need to be successful: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in training and development Working knowledge of instructional design principles and concepts Proven ability to engage audiences in learning topics and to quickly and effectively respond to audience needs Strong organizational, project management and communication skills Excellent command of Excel and Power Point Excellent one-on-one and group presentation/facilitation skills are necessary Strong knowledge of common and emerging e-Learning tools Fluently Bilingual Nice To Haves Master’s degree in learning & development/ education As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
