We are looking for our new Leadership Development Specialist reporting to the Leadership Development Manager.

Your mission will be to support the continual evolution of Nordia’s leadership development programs.

You will play a key role in implementation and development of internal programs and initiatives to optimize the work experience and stimulating leader engagement at all stages of their career at Nordia.

What will you do?

Foster and execute leadership development programs Coach current and future leaders on different business scenarios, including performance achievement, conflict resolution, as well as organizational and interpersonal acuity.

Partner in securing succession development program Act as an internal subject matter expert and uphold the reputation of a credible and trusted advisor.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the Nordia network Support ongoing initiatives, as well as the development program.

Influence shift of culture to a learning mindset that supports and develops leaders across the organization.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: You have experience in adult learning principles, coaching leaders; influencing culture change and content design ; You are a team player.

Must have the ability to create and maintain strong relationships across the organization at all levels.

You have strong communication and presentation skills – Comfortable delivering learning programs.

You are bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written.

You have excellent organization and prioritization skills Ability to multitask Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook), advanced skills specifically using PowerPoint, an instructional design software; You have a university-level education in a related field an asset
