Program Coordinator, Large Accounts

FLO is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Customer Success Team.

Working within the sales department, the Program Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day management of large customer accounts, including acting as the first line of support for engaging customers and managing requests.

To be an excellent program coordinator, you must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with diverse teams.

The right candidate must have an aptitude for interacting with customers, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and expectations.

Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.

BY JOINING OUR TEAM, YOU WILL Coordinate with Program Manager and Business Development team to create customized sales plans for key clients.

Gather information on assigned clients (e.g.

company size, needs and pricing plans).

Build trust and loyalty with FLO’s customers to increase repeat business and avoid churn.

Engage with various internal stakeholders to obtain feedback and ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.

Assist clients with new product and pricing requests, create new opportunities and quotations, and grow the sales pipeline.

Assist Program Manager with the establishment or renewal of customers contracts and associated terms and conditions.

Provide sales forecasts for the assigned customers.

Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction.

Communicate product and pricing details clearly.

Ensure delivery of the contractual elements.

Update the customer records in CRM (Salesforce).

Assist Program Manager with the evaluation of available government grant programs and incentives to purchase electric vehicles and EV associated charging infrastructure.

Be passionate about the EV industry.

Building knowledge and stay informed on electrification trends and new technology so that you can engage customers and provide insights.

ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

2-3 years of experience in account management.

Strong administrative and program management skills.

Proficient with Word, Excel and Salesforce.

Perfect mastery of French and English, written and spoken.

Great organizational and structural agility.

High degree of empathy.

Focused on problem solving and customer satisfaction.

ASSET Technical training in electricity.
