Why we need you: The Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration of the internal IT infrastructure and for the availability and scalability of our 24×7 operation.

The Systems Administrator also manages and maintains the internal Quality Assurance and Development infrastructure.

Principal tasks and responsibilities include: Platform and network management Responsible for day-to-day management of the production platforms based on Microsoft and Linux hosted in the cloud or on-premises, including domains and licenses’ management.

Support the development lifecycle.

Monitor and support the company’s entire network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewall, VPNs, workstations, etc….) Maintenance and evolution (infrastructure) Be the first point of contact for any corporate IT issues (infrastructure and end user) Maintain and improve internal IT infrastructure.

Help develop installation and deployment scripts.

Monitor and maintain technology: IT, network and software Monitor and maintain performance of the users’ infrastructure, systems and security tools.

Be available to provide support or execute tasks outside of regular business hours.

Accountable for data accessibility by having backup and recovery process in good operating condition.

User management tools Administer Azure cloud computing and Office 365.

Administer user management (Azure, AD, LDAP) Security Ensure the IT security of the company’s infrastructure.

Networking LAN/WAN, Intrusion Detection/Intrusion prevention Perform analysis of various types of logs and security incidents (threat intelligence) Perform forensic analysis and Incident management.

Monitor the treatment of all tickets.

Maintain and test disaster recovery, backup, and recovery processes.

Rigorously document the work performed and share feedback.

Participate in external audits and inspections.

Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Maintain & perform testing of IT Security plans such as Security Orders, Business Continuity Plan, Recovery Plans, etc.

Respond to IT Security incidents and coordinate with local IT system SMEs to ensure corrective actions are carried out.

Interact with various departments and individuals across the enterprise to achieve IS security objectives.

Assure successful implementation and functionality of security requirements and appropriate IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications and pre-requisites: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills In-depth understanding of existing technologies and an ability to keep abreast of new technology trends.

Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to coach colleagues or provide effective support to a user.

Ability to successfully complete project tasks as priorities shift.

Working knowledge of metrics and alerts for uptime performance and usage.

Experience in network administration including VPN configuration with understanding of networking concepts such as routing, gateways, remote connectivity, etc.

Experience in network security, performance monitoring, system software and hardware maintenance Knowledge with databases (MSSQL) Experience with cloud platforms such as Google, AWS or Azure Knowledge of Windows environments.

Linux environment a plus.

Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Infrastructure, Active Directory services, deployment, and policies (GPO) Knowledge on installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 Experience with networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN (SSL), IPSEC, Routing, Firewalls (pfSense), etc.

Experience in network security, performance monitoring, system software and hardware maintenance and SIEMs applications Verbal and written communications including documentation in English Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Systems / Networking administration These are nice to have: SQL, Server configuration, backup and maintenance.

Scripting such as BASH, JavaScript or other Network load balancing (HAProxy) Experience with VoIP, SIP and voice technologies Experience with Systems Automation tools for standardizing server builds.

Understanding of source control in a development environment.

Experience using deployment tools Monitoring system configuration (PRTG)
