Your role Reporting to the Director, Transformation and Organizational Performance, you support the implementation of transformation initiatives and help carry out analysis, optimization, and business productivity/performance improvement work.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute cross-functionally to a range of transformation initiatives for the public broadcaster.

Responsibilities: Understand and analyze issues encountered by business units; thoroughly familiarize yourself with organizational operations and business processesChallenge the status quo in day-to-day operations and generate opportunities for efficiencies and business productivity/performance improvementsMainly in project environments, support a variety of assignments, from analyzing organizational needs to operationalizing solutionsIn conjunction with business units, determine work plans and information sources for gathering and interpreting data to produce a comprehensive diagnosis, draw conclusions, and issue recommendationsIdentify, define, and document business systems as well as vertical and cross-functional processes at different levels (macro, business, occupation)Prepare analyses, business reports, process documentation, recommendations, and presentations that allow you to translate complex data and analyses into meaningful information and decision-making indicatorsPresent, in a concise, structured and convincing way, recommendations and potential solutions identified to address issues raised by business units or in connection with transformation projects We are looking for a candidate with the following: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other business-related fieldMaster’s degree an asset Five (5) or more years’ relevant experience in a comparable business performance analysis position or relevant experience in the field Experience with process improvement methods and expertise in documenting business systems and processes (e.g., developing matrices, flowcharts or other views to make information understandable, performance dashboards)Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, decision trees, Pareto charts, etc.)Strong ability to analyze and make complex information understandableAbility to conceptualize and synthesize informationDetail and quality focus Ability to function effectively in complex business environments and on several projects simultaneouslyStrong ability to work well in a teamStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen and empathizeIndependence and creativity Good communication skillsCuriosity to understand and learn Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
