The successful candidate will have the ability to understand and abide by operational procedures and uphold company standards.

The successful candidate will also assist with data collection and analysis providing critical feedback to the team.Responsibilities Develop, implement, manage and maintain leading edge data driven growing systems, building simple frameworks in Excel Identify trends, opportunities and misses Evaluate inputs and provide feedback/direction Create parameters for feedback notification Evaluate internal systems for efficiencies, problems and inaccuracies Develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing and cleaning data Proactively analyze data to answer key questions out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives the performance/results Work closely with the General Manager to understand and maintain focus on analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision makers Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates and build relationships.

Process new hires, resignations and termination utilizing HRIS Implementing company policies and progressive discipline as required Assist managers and supervisors in People Operation inquiries Complete and file all WSIB forms and overseeing Return-to-Work Program Help with administration of People Operations and the site Health and Safety program Promote best practices in the workplace across departments through positive and supportive interaction with employees and supervisors Help with the organization and maintenance of training and employee records Other assigned duties as assigned Requirements University degree or college diploma or certificate in Human Resources is preferred Knowledge of all HR related legislative requirements: Ministry of Labour, WSIB, Human Rights, Occupational Health and Safety, etc.
