You will be asked to wear many different hats on a daily basis.

You will need to prioritize ruthlessly to tackle the tasks with the highest ROI.

You will be asked to develop a great outbound marketing strategy then right after, close customers in sales calls to then share your thoughts to influence to hiring as you build out your sales and marketing team.

This is a generalist role with an ambiguous scope, and your success will be largely defined by your ability to navigate through the uncertainties of a seed-stage company on a rapid growth trajectory.What you’ll be doing:Conducting ” Discovery sales” where you’ll close irrespective of the state of the productSegment and develop marketing content from the discovery sales call that you’ll be conductingWork alongside the Engineering to shape the product in the best way possible for customersBuild out and manage the sales and marketing function of the company which includes creating sales playbooks, hiring and trainingWe’re looking for someone with:Minimum 3-5 years of marketing, sales or product experience in a dynamic environment; prior startup experience is a plusThe ability to sell and close deals as an individual contributor without an established playbookA deep understanding of product thinking and how to build the product in order to provide feedback that is at the intersection of what is feasible/technically possible and valuableA knack for finding problems on your own and solving them, without being asked toThe ability to develop compelling messaging for marketing and describing the product in writing and orally in order to validate hypotheses for demand for the productStrong analytical skills to abstract and present data, trends and business information to support fast decision makingA quick learner: Ability to pick up new concepts, tools, and processes and own and improve them instantaneouslyNice-to-haves / Okay-not-to-haves:Experience with BI tools like Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc…Experience with sales tools like Apollo, Zoominfo, Salesloft, etc…Experience with CRM’s like Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc…Prior start-up experience with a desire to understand all aspects of the business from marketing and sales to product developmentPrior experience in the logistics industryIf this sounds exciting to you:We can’t wait to hear from you.
