– Permanent Full Time Title TA Coordinator Category Human Resources City Toronto, Ontario, Canada Job Description TA Coordinator Position Description The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an active contributor to the National Talent Acquisition team.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Carry out assignments/projects to ensure results meet established time lines, quality standards and agreed objectives.

• Support the production of various recruitment documentation/ activities such as (Offer Letters and scheduling interviews, sourcing, pulling reports) and updating applicant tracking system.

• Consolidate and analyze weekly and monthly/quarterly TA metrics; contribute to a variety of recruitment projects led by the National TA Director.

• Participate in and support implementation of actions resulting from employee and manager feedback regarding TA Services activities with alignment to the HR Strategy.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Relevant Bachelor Degree/Diploma and/or HR related certifications.

Experience and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years’ experience in HR/Recruitment administration
• Supporting Talent Acquisition related activities
– reviewing and crafting job descriptions, review resumes, and Sourcing, screening candidates.

• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to manipulate and consolidate reports
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with the proven ability to manage a workload with competing priorities, highly organized with the ability to multitask.

• Advanced Microsoft Office tools that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Good attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.

• Able to work independently and as a team.
