POSITION OVERVIEW We are actively working to transform our Talent Acquisition service delivery model.

In this context, we are looking for a key player who will come to support our great team for a full year.

The Advisor, Talent Acquisition is responsible for implementing the strategies and tactics necessary to attract and select the best candidates to support the needs of BDC’s Corporate functions (Human Ressources, Risk, Marketing, Finance, etc).

He-she brings to bear his-her knowledge of the job market and his-her expertise in attracting and acquiring talent.

He-she also contributes to enhancing the BDC employer brand by ensuring a distinctive candidate experience and contributing to the visibility plan.

You like teamwork and are recognized for your rigor, your autonomy and your initiative, join us Here are what the challenges of a typical week look like: Manage the complete cycle and ensure the fluidity of the process, from the assessment of needs to the job offer Support, inform and coach managers in all stages of talent acquisition Establish and maintain long term relationshis with candidates, D&I partnerships and Universities Participate in special projects.

Our team’s priorities for the coming year will be reviewing our processes, improving Workday and maintaining our D&I priority Keeping up to date with Talent Acquisition trends WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR If you answer YES to the following questions, you could be the ideal person we are looking for: Do you have a bachelor’s degree in human resources?

Do you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role with a full cycle, ideally in the banking industry?

Do you have experience in using the Workday platform?

Are you comfortable speaking and writing in both English and French?

Do your clients remember you because of the accuracy of your advice and your proactivity?

Do your colleagues recognize your dynamism and your ability to work under tight deadlines?
