This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted November 12, 2020.

Salary(Grade:06) Hiring salary range $52693-$66,560 Position Purpose Control the level of quality of custodial operations through daily inspections, collecting data and measuring the cleanliness index.

Identify urgencies, analyze work procedures and recommend improvements of efficiency, quality and waste collection.

Essential Qualifications Diploma in general maintenance of buildings or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience Sound knowledge of best practices in custodial services, including cleaning products, architectural envelopes and equipment Minimum 5 years experience in custodial services Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.

Experience with Maximo, Archibus or other building management software would be considered an asset Critical spirit, able to analyse and provide recommendations Detail oriented Autonomy, tact and sound judgment Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills Ontario valid driving licence Bilingualism French and English (spoken and written) Key Competencies Key competencies required at the University of Ottawa:Planning: Organize in time a series of actions or events in order to achieve an objective or a project.
