UNIX Server Migration Analyst – Solaris (Contract)


This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted September 14, 2020.

Role Our Client is currently seeking an experienced UNIX Server Migration Analyst
– Solaris (Contract) in Montreal, Quebec starting in September 2020.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years Solaris experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Solaris v1011x .

You will also have experience in problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution.

All candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Requirements 8 years of experience deploying and supporting Solaris 10 and 11 operating systems as a systems administrator Experience in preparing and planning Solaris server migrations Experience in problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution.

Experience in hardware and OS installations, migrations andor upgrades.

Experience in developing and maintaining migration documentation.

Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Education (Must Have one of the following combinations) Post-Secondary Degree in Information Technology preferred Active industry certifications would be an asset Note Please submit your resume describing your relevant experience.
